Analysis of Causes for Insufficient Traction of Aluminum Profile Traction Machine
1. Check the friction offset of the aluminum profiler guide rail: if there is a problem with the setting, you need to re-adjust the setting.
2. The brake disc has low air pressure or the brake disc clearance is too small: the air pressure adjustment should be greater than 84 psi, and the clearance on both sides of the brake disc should be adjusted to 1 mm. The instability of the air pressure directly affects the traction of the aluminum traction machine head. When the pressure is low, the brake disk cannot be fully opened, and a considerable part of the traction force is consumed, so that the traction machine cannot operate normally.
3. Chain length problem: If the chain is too long, it will directly affect the speed and position of the aluminum profile tractor. It is better to adjust the chain to the hydraulic tube to extend one-third of the length.
4. Check the bearings of the upper and lower guide wheels of the aluminum profile tractor: You can hear if the bearings are normal during operation. In addition, the chain can be disassembled and the aluminum profile traction head can be manually pushed. If the resistance is too large, the bearing needs to be replaced.
