On April 22, 2020, Jiangyin Fengtai Aluminum Co., Ltd. ordered a follow-up and traction tractor from our company.
Jiangyin Fengtai Aluminum Co., Ltd. is a professional aluminum production enterprise with more than 20 years of production experience. It has always used the aluminum production equipment of our company Ruijia machinery.
Now Fengtai has 10 aluminum extrusion lines, 2 oxidation electrophoresis lines, 3 Swiss Jinma electrostatic spraying lines, 3 aluminum veneer production lines and 1 fluorocarbon production line. The extruder specifications include 4400ust, 2200ust, 1375ust, 1100ust, 880ust, 660ust and other different tonnage to meet the production and processing of various industrial aluminum profiles.
The traction machine with follow-up saw can effectively solve the problem that it is difficult for users to saw special products (large meter, short discharge, long head, etc.) with fixed length. It can be sawed from the weld mark between aluminum bars to improve the product yield and reduce the loss. This equipment can be selected for dual use. It has the function of common single traction machine as well as the function of follow-up saw. It is easy to switch and easy to use.
